Xert Forecast AI (XFAI) is Xert’s advanced training planner that uses artificial intelligence to automatically build a complete, personalized training plan. Unlike XATA, which recommends what to do today, Forecast AI “forecasts” your entire training journey – from your current fitness level to peak form on your Target Date.

Once you set your Program Type (Goal, Event or Race), Target Date, etc., Forecast AI uses your fitness signature, training history, and availability to generate a detailed day-by-day forecast of your training. This includes your expected daily XSS (Low, High, & Peak), Training Loads, Training Status, and projected Fitness Signature over time.

Forecast AI doesn’t simply fill your calendar with workouts – it predicts your progress and assigns XSS accordingly. It can adapt your plan to ensure you arrive at your event in top form, balancing progression, recovery, and event specificity.

How Forecast AI Works
Forecast AI uses your selected Training Availability, Program Type, and Training Parameters to simulate your fitness trajectory based on your desired outcome! It projects how your Low, High, and Peak Training Loads will evolve, predicting your future Threshold Power, HIE, and LTP at your goal date.
